Please be aware appointments booked online must be made with 2 hour advanced notice. 
Otherwise please call for availability.  Please note: We do not accept walk-ins!

We require all appointments to be held with a credit card.
We have a 24 hr./No Show/Same Day Cancelation Policy that the FULL price of the service will be charged to your card. By booking via telephone or online you are acknowledging this policy.
 
Please call to cancel or reschedule before the day of your service. 

Please do not try booking or canceling appointments via our email. We will not receive these.
Our  booking system will send out a reminder 26 hours before your service that will allow you to cancel within thw 24 hour window. 
Just call us instead!

In the case of inclement weather we will be in touch with all clients on the schedule.
 

 

 

By entering our premises:

The client affirms that they, as well as household members have not been diagnosed with Covid 19 in the last week.

The client affirms that they are currently symptom free of: 

Fever, Dry cough,Difficulty breathing,Chills, Rash, Loss of taste/loss of smell.

The client understands that Mantra Massage and BodywoRx and its employees can not be held liable for any exposure to the virus of contagion caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client.

The employees of Mantra Massage and BodywoRx agree to abide by the checklist above and affirm the same.

Please be aware that we will charge for last minute/same day cancelations.

 

Last Minute Appointments

We often need a 2 hour window for scheduling purposes. This is how our electronic online schedule operates.  Booking online in advance helps assure you will get the desired appointment time.  If staff is on premises we can try to get you on their books sooner. All paperwork must be filled out.

 

  
If you book a same day appointment and no show or cancel last minute you will be charged the full price of the service


If we do not answer the phone leave us a message as we typically return calls within the hour. 
More often than not we are heavily booked on the weekends. 
If you prefer the coveted evening slots
(especially with a specific staff member) for services, we recommend booking in advance. 
Last minute appointments are unfortunately hard to come by and we hope our valued clients understand and look forward to seeing you in the future.  All of our staff work together as a team and we work non competitively to meet customer needs. Please feel free to see different members of our staff as your preferred therapist may not be available at the time you desire.

 

We are strictly therapeutic licensed massage therapists who drape and follow the scope of practice of The State Medical Board of Ohio. Sexual overtures of any kind will not be tolerated and the police called.

 

Series and Gift Certificate Policies

Gifts

Series and Gift Certificates are non refundable BUT are transferable! They can be used at all  locations.


Not redeemable for cash value. 

Must be redeemed by recipient and not original purchaser.

For no-shows and no cancelation (24 hour window), the FULL price of the service will be charged to the credit card on file  or  gift certificate on your account.

Gift Certificates can not be purchased with Spa Finder or Spa Week Gift Cards or combined with any coupons or discounts.
