OFFICE POLICIES:

We are by appointment only-No walk-ins.

We require all appointments to be held with a credit card.

Please schedule with the CORRECT NAME and Profile of the person attending the service.

Please Note: we send appointment reminders via email and text.

If you are running late the therapists will wait fifteen minutes before your session is cancelled.

We are no longer able to alert therapists about your change in arrival time.

It is crucial for our sanitization protocol to arrive on time.
We can't shift your appointment time to accommodate late arrivals nor same day changes. 

 Inappropriate behavior, sexual or otherwise will not be tolerated and your service will be ended, payment charged and we will contact the police.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

 Please call to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Please do not email us to cancel.

Please be aware we will be enforcing a strict 24 hour cancelation policy.

We pay our staff for missed appointments and we have had to shift to no exceptions. 

By calling or scheduling online you are agreeing to our 24 hr. cancelation/no show policy.

The  FULL  price  of  the  service  will  be  charged to  your  card on file for missed appointments.

If you are scheduled  for work, on call, or could be called in for work, meetings or coverage,  

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT.  

The late cancellation policy will be enforced and the full price of the service will be charged.
